ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

The Administrative Coordinator’s main duties are to assist our Project Manager’s with administrative tasks such as reaching out to vendors, creating project schedules, tracking furniture, fabric, and materials, attending meetings, and taking notes and delegating tasks. You will also assist our CEO part-time with admin tasks such as email management and appointment scheduling. This is an entry level position for someone looking for a long term career in the Interior Design Industry. You will have the opportunity to work alongside Luxury Interior Designers located throughout the U.S. Please note that this is not a creative position, but there will be opportunities to learn and grow within our company. The administrative coordinator should be a well rounded self starter who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

 

Details:

  • Full Time or part time

  • $15-$20/hour based on experience 

Responsibilities:

  • Create Schedules

  • Track Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment

  • Attend Zoom Meetings

  • Attend On-Site Meetings (in FL)

  • Order Samples 

  • Communicate with Vendors

  • Run Errands (FL)

  • Site Measurements (in FL)

  • Social Media Engagement

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 Years of Administrative Experience

  • Strong Technological Proficiency 

  • Excellent Communication and Written Skills

  • Reliable Transportation

  • Valid FL Address
