The Project Manager will oversee procurement processes, manage project documentation, and maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members. With responsibilities spanning from scheduling and coordination to presentation and styling, the Project Manager will contribute to the seamless execution of interior design projects. The successful candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented professional, adept at maintaining project schedules, cultivating vendor relationships, and delivering exceptional client experiences. QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 YEARS OF experience at an interior design firm
STRONG TECHNOLOGICAL PROFICIENCY
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND WRITTEN SKILLS
MUST HAVE STRONG PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proposal development
Collaborate with the design team for comprehensive project proposals aligned with client requirements, budget, and timeline.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) items.
Present proposals to clients and address inquiries or concerns.
Procurement and Document Management:
Maintain the Project Management System, updating daily with project notes, client details, and tasks.
Create and maintain client-specific process manuals for consistent and efficient project execution.
Generate and issue FFE item proposals in clients' design software and handle associated invoicing.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to procure FF&E items, adhering to clients' policies and procedures.
Track the order status of FFE items, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Maintain project schedules, including FFE installations, contractor workflows, and client meetings.
Act as a liaison between Drafters and Clients, providing necessary information for accurate floor plans and elevation drawings.
Coordinate with workrooms and craftsmen for custom items.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members for clear and timely information exchange.
Collaborate with the design team to address challenges, resolve issues, and ensure project goals are met.
Act as a point of contact for vendors and suppliers, managing relationships and resolving issues.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed meeting notes for client meetings, documenting key discussions, decisions, and action items.
Track and report project progress, highlighting milestones, risks, and deviations from the original plan.
Maintain accurate records of project-related information and documentation.
