  • $18-$25/hour

  • Hours: Up to 20/week

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in growing social media profiles with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work

  • Proficient in content creation with clear examples of photos, videos, and graphics

  • Familiarity with ManyChat, Metricool, Canva, and iPhone for content creation and management; knowledge of Adobe programs is a plus

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to Commute: • NORTH PALM BEACH, FL 33408 (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create content for Instagram, tiktok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn

  • Record videos and take photos of the team for content creation

  • Develop and produce engaging reels, carousels, static posts, and stories that align with our goals

  • Curate and schedule content across all social media platforms

  • Direct and coordinate team members for content creation days

  • Work closely with the graphic designer to ensure cohesive design direction

  • Report directly to the CEO during marketing meetings

  • Lead and execute social media campaigns, including launches, live events, new offers, and challenges

  • Maintain a high level of engagement and interaction with followers

  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, including follower growth, content reach, sales conversion, and customer response time

Primary Goals and Objectives:

  • Grow our social media following

  • Increase sales through strategic social media marketing

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Follower Growth: Increase the number of followers on all managed social media platforms

  • Engagement Rate: Achieve a high level of interaction with followers (likes, comments, shares, etc.)

  • Content Reach: Expand the reach of our posts to new and existing audiences

  • Sales Conversion: Measure the impact of social media efforts on sales growth

  • Content Frequency: Maintain a consistent posting schedule that aligns with our marketing goals

  • Customer Response Time: Maintain an average response time of under 2 hours for social media inquiries
